I'm sure glad someone knows how to interpret these things! They call this a diamond ring. The hollow circular part on the left is called the yolk. The little tiny "thing" attached to it on the right is, as we would later find out, our baby girl.
So thanks to some help, we successfully achieved pregnancy!
